Visions, by their very nature, a business vision has a horizon… a deadline. Sometimes our business moves right past the expiry date and we are so busy running that we simply do not recognise it until it’s too late. This is when a lot of businesses find themselves in decline. The most common mistake is to try and reenergize the business on an old vision and the end result is a dead vision and a dying business.
